STA is able to offer a fully digital and analogue Tachograph Centre. Our facility offers scheduled calibration checks, new installations and repairs.

Our qualified Tachograph technicians carry out installations and repairs to all vehicle types and Tachograph units, and for fleet operators we are pleased to offer very competitive rates and short notice bookings if available.

Speedlimiters

Speedlimiters were introduced to improve overall safety and the environment by controlling the top speed of a vehicle, and in turn reducing serious accidents and helping pollution. The basic operation of any device fitted is to limit the maximum speed of a vehicle to a preset level (without any noticeable variation in speed), whilst the accelerator is fully depressed.
